 Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year! At Lockeland Design Center, we believe success lies in our people - the talented, dedicated teachers, the helpful, productive staff, the supportive, caring parents, and MOST importantly, the incredible students themselves. We all work hard to put children and their academic, social, physical, and emotional needs first.
We are committed to providing your child with the very best education possible. Our faculty and staff are prepared to offer many learning opportunities for your child. We also know the importance of your support and understanding as we work together for your child's success.
You are invited to play an active role at Lockeland. PTO membership gives you the opportunity to volunteer and make a special contribution to your child's education.
As a means of communicating important procedures, expectations, and other information to you we will be sending a student/parent handbook home to you each year.
Please read the handbook carefully and use it as a reference throughout the year. Be sure to discuss the school rules and procedures in the handbook with your child. We sincerely thank you, parents, for your support as we help your child in his/her educational development at Lockeland.
